As Supervisor of the team and the shop floor, your most important mission is supporting the Store Managers in driving team performance and delivering an excellent shopping experience to customers. You play an important role in motivating the team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, and additionally, you ensure that every customer leaves the store with a lasting impression.

Lead by example: You support and inspire the team and create a positive and energetic working environment in which teamwork is central.
Achieving objectives: You help to drive sales and contribute to achieving the store's performance and profit targets.
Customer Service: You ensure that every customer feels welcome and receives service that motivates them to return.
Operational support: You support daily store activities and ensure that processes and standards are consistently followed.
Visual Merchandising: You help maintain high visual standards and ensure that the store always looks attractive and brand-focused.
Developing the team: You coach and support team members in improving their skills and performance.
JD style: You represent the JD brand and ensure that the team radiates the energy and style of JD Sports.
People support: You assist with the onboarding of new employees and ensure that HR policies are correctly followed.
Safety first! You ensure that all safety regulations are complied with.

Experience: Experience in retail, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
Team-oriented mindset: The ability to motivate and support others.
Communication skills: Confident verbal and written communication.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
