Supervisor – G-Star Outlet Roosendaal

As our new Supervisor, you will work closely with the Store Manager and support him/her in daily activities and responsibilities. With your commercial mindset, you will implement new ideas and processes to take this outlet to a higher level. You will create an inspiring work environment in the outlet, while helping to stimulate sales and achieving maximum results. Together with the Store Manager, you are responsible for leading and motivating your team, achieving the KPIs, and together with your team, ensuring a positive G-STAR experience for our customers!

Who are you?
• You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a leadership role in Retail;
• Experience working in an outlet is a plus;
• You are goal-oriented and driven to achieve the intended KPIs;
• You ensure a positive G-STAR experience for our customers;
• You have a commercial, enthusiastic, and driven mindset;
• You are a strong communicator, customer-oriented, proactive, and a true team player;
• You have courage and are organizationally strong;
• You are fashion-minded, follow trends and developments closely, and inspire our customers;
• Available 4 or 5 days.
