As an Anesthesia Technician, you are an indispensable link in our clients' treatment process. You provide calm, safety, and confidence, from preparation to aftercare. You work with both children and adults and adapt your communication effortlessly. In our small-scale ENT clinic, lines of communication are short and your expertise is of immediate value. Together with our team, you will raise the quality of our treatments to a higher level every day.
In our atmospheric and small-scale ENT clinic, you will work together with a dedicated OR team. You guide clients before, during, and after anesthesia and adapt your approach effortlessly to different ages.
During your workday:
You guide, inform, and reassure your clients prior to surgery.
You prepare the anesthesia and administer it according to protocol.
You connect your equipment and set it up accurately.
You check the OR and prepare it for operation based on the surgical schedule.
You monitor, analyze, and interpret the vital functions of clients and adjust where necessary.
You work closely with the OR team, the day coordinators, and the OR manager.
You work 9-hour shifts, which ensures a clear and well-plannable schedule.
As an Anesthesia Technician, you work carefully and always keep quality and safety policies in mind. You feel responsible for your clients and colleagues. You share knowledge, think along, and continue to develop yourself. You enjoy overview and like working in a predictable, stable environment. You communicate clearly with clients of all ages.
Diploma as Anesthesia Technician or anesthesia assistant, CZO-certified.
POS certification is a plus, or you are willing to obtain it with us.
Willingness to work 9-hour shifts with a clear schedule.
