Within the Accountancy & Business Advisory team, you will serve large (international) real estate clients together with a dedicated and growing team. In doing so, it is up to you as an Accountant Advisor AA Real Estate to actively contribute to the optimization and growth of our real estate practice, where personal development and quality are central.

Independent, professional, and with commercial insight, you are one of the figureheads of the practice in the region. Thus, you identify and initiate advisory opportunities with clients and you acquire new clients. You are co-responsible for the management of the real estate practice, contributing to an efficient and high-quality reporting process. The client trusts your advice blindly due to your technical expertise. You also let the team excel based on their talents in your role as mentor/coach and contribute to the technical development of the department. You give internal and external technical courses and lectures. You handle extensive and complex assignments for real estate clients. On top of that, we work together with other departments such as Tax and Advisory. Your client portfolio consists of attractive (international) real estate companies.
