Manager IT Advisory

• You have graduated and are registered as an RE or CISA.

• You have at least 5 years of experience within IT advisory or IT audit.

• knowledge of SAP/Oracle is a plus

Do you want to advise (inter)national clients in the field of IT? And develop yourself and your team broadly? Then the role of Manager IT Advisory is for you.

You will be working in the IT Advisory department. As a Manager, you will play a key role within a relatively young and fast-growing team. You are responsible for managing multiple engagements and act as a connecting link between clients, audit teams, and internal stakeholders.

You will focus primarily on IT audits in the context of statutory audits and broader IT assurance engagements. In doing so, you hold ultimate responsibility for the quality, progress, and substantive management of engagements. Together with your team, you assess IT systems and processes that contribute to the reliability of financial reporting as well as to other assurance objectives, such as compliance, security, and IT controls.

You lead teams in performing control testing on IT General Controls and application controls and ensure that work is carried out efficiently and according to the correct quality standards. Additionally, you utilize data analytics to provide insight into risks and deviations and monitor the correct application of IT audit methodologies within, among others, statutory audits, ISAE 3402, and other third-party assurance processes.

You are responsible for identifying and assessing IT risks and their impact on the audit approach. You translate these into clear and well-founded advice for both audit teams and the client's management and act as a substantive sparring partner at a senior level.

In addition to your role in engagements, you play an important role in the development of the team. You coach and guide (senior) consultants, monitor the quality of the work, and actively contribute to the further growth of the IT audit and assurance practice. Furthermore, you maintain and develop client relationships and identify commercial opportunities within existing and new engagements.
