As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you are responsible for a client portfolio that you manage independently. With a service-oriented and commercial (sales-oriented) attitude, you serve this portfolio in such a way that both the customer and Ayvens achieve their objectives. All this in a mature and competitive market where you make the difference through personal attention, proactivity, and drive.

Through your result-oriented nature, combined with your enthusiasm and affinity for cars, you know how to conduct high-quality conversations with your customers and thereby achieve tangible commercial results. You maintain (pro)active contact with your customers and translate wishes and expectations into commercial opportunities. You do not let your mailbox guide you in this, but instead start every day by searching for and pursuing commercial opportunities. You embrace any potential complaints and tackle them with a heart for the complaint. Your goals? A portfolio of satisfied customers in which you rapidly grow the share of Ayvens cars.

This varies from ordering cars to advising customers on their mobility usage. We do this for both our business and private customers. Within your team, you are responsible for serving our customers together with your field service team.
