• You have at least 4 years of experience in professional kitchens, of which at least 2 as a supervisor
• You possess a completed MBO level 4 qualification in the field of hospitality or cooking
• You know the rules of food safety, social hygiene, and HACCP by heart
• You hold your master craftsman diploma, or are prepared to obtain this quickly
• You stand firm in your chef's whites and your shoes, even at 06:00 in the morning

• A starting salary between €3,045 and €3,786 per month, depending on your experience

Important to know:
An airport pass is mandatory for working at Schiphol. We will arrange this for you, but you must have lived in the Netherlands continuously for the past 8 years. The security screening takes approximately 4 weeks - after that, you can get started!

You are a coach with taste. You love an organized kitchen, but also the liveliness that comes with a busy workplace. You know your responsibilities and maintain an overview, even during peak hours.

• You coordinate the daily kitchen operation together with your two Chef de Parties and seven Independent Cooks
• You lead your team on quality, hygiene, timing, and teamwork
• You devise improvements that take both the team and the guest experience to a higher level
• You ensure that supplies, orders, and administration are in order
• You train your team members on the floor, in technique and in mentality
