Do you want to learn and work within one of the most innovative companies in the world? From February 2027, we will have a work-study position available for the role of HR Services Representative at ASML. You will follow the Legal, Insurance & HR Services Specialist training at a recognized mbo institution, or you will follow a part-time Bachelor HRM program while simultaneously gaining practical experience within the HR Services team at ASML.

In this role, you will contribute directly to a smooth, reliable, and service-oriented employee experience for thousands of employees worldwide. You will combine technology, service delivery, and accurate administration in a dynamic environment where people & operations converge.

You will work in a close-knit team where collaboration, development, and quality are central. During this trajectory, you will learn to work with modern HR systems, develop customer-oriented skills, and receive a personal mentor to support your growth.

As a Work-Study student within HR Services, you will work four days per week at ASML, and one day per week you will attend school. You will receive broad training, making you deployable across various departments within HR.

Your tasks will include

• Acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers for general questions regarding onboarding, HR administration, and lifecycle processes.
• Supporting the onboarding process and ensuring friendly and professional follow-up of HR inquiries.
• Identifying discrepancies, thinking along regarding solutions and opportunities for improvement, and ensuring correct handling.
• Performing checks on data and documents to ensure quality.
• Collaborating with various HR teams and stakeholders within ASML.
• Learning to work with systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and other HR tools.

You will work at our location in Veldhoven. ASML reimburses all study costs, pays you for your school day, and offers you a contract after successfully completing the work-study trajectory.
