Social media & influencer marketing internship

Monday morning: you open your laptop full of energy. You see which Etos posts performed best over the past week: you dive into the figures, identify striking patterns, and report this back to the social media manager. You have also seen a TikTok trend go viral in the last few days and are eager to pitch your ideas about it to our video creation team and social media advertising agency.

Your new job and workplace.
As a social media & influencer marketing intern at Etos, you make a direct contribution to the growth and visibility of Etos's social channels, including the Etos influencer & ambassador program. You do this not alone, but together with your colleagues from the social media team, the external social media advertising agency, and our internal studio.

Every week, we help more than 1 million customers in our stores and on etos.nl, and we provide more than 30 million pieces of advice annually on health, appearance, balance, movement, and nutrition. Whatever your question is, we will help you further.

You support the social media & influencer marketing manager in the coordination, evaluation, and optimization of all social content, campaigns, livestreams, activations, and influencer content from Etos, where you will work on:

• Providing feedback on content from our video team and social advertising agency.
• Supporting influencer marketing, content monitoring, and the selection of new creators for collaborations.
• Briefing and providing feedback to the internal studio for Instagram Story content.
• Analyzing social results and translating learnings into concrete suggestions for improvement.
• Preparing weekly and monthly social reports for the Etos management team.
• Coordinating content and schedules with our social advertising agency and internal team.
• Preparing and assisting with shoots, livestreams, kick-offs, and brainstorms.
• Arranging products and materials needed for content, campaigns, and livestreams.

In this position, you work 32-40 hours per week, partly from our head office in Zaandam and partly from home.

What you bring.

Especially if you are an enterprising and enthusiastic intern who loves to roll up their sleeves and is eager to learn. Also:

• You are currently pursuing a degree at HBO/WO level, preferably in the field of Communication, Marketing, Media, (Multimedia) Design, Creative Business, or related studies (other fields of study are not excluded, but must be accompanied by a clear motivation).
• Your social media screen time is so high that you might be a little ashamed of it, but because of that, you know all the trends. No worries, ours is probably higher and you might be exactly who we are looking for.
• You are interested in social media as a strategic marketing tool.
• Data and analyzing results do not intimidate you.
• You possess excellent knowledge of the Dutch language (C2).

Additionally, you are:

• Someone with an affinity for retail, preferably also with wellbeing and/or beauty.
• Independent and able to set priorities.
• Flexible.
