PMO Portfolio Management
Do you want to contribute to a better manageable change organization within ICS? As PMO Portfolio Management, you play a key role in strengthening portfolio and change management. You ensure structure, overview, and quality in the decision-making and execution of changes within a complex financial environment.

ICS is the market leader in issuing credit cards in the Netherlands and is part of ABN AMRO. Reliability, security, and effortless payment are central to everything we do. Within the Change Management Office, you will work on the professionalization of our change governance, portfolio design, and resource planning.

Your role
As PMO Portfolio Management, you support the Portfolio Manager and the Change Management Office in realizing an effective, predictable, and transparent change process. You bring together dependencies, progress, capacity, and decision-making, so that management and stakeholders can steer in a timely manner.

What will you do?
• Supporting change and portfolio management activities within ICS.
• Preparing, processing, and improving change documentation, reports, and decision-making documents.
• Monitoring governance and quality for the Regulatory Change Management board and the Strategic Change Board.
• Supporting the stage-gate process, including quality control of project documentation and progress reports.
• Coordinating alignment between project teams, business, staff departments, and management.
• Identifying and monitoring dependencies, bottlenecks, and resource issues at the portfolio level.
• Contributing to a structured and predictable portfolio and resource management process.
