MBO Stage: Implementation & Continuous Improvement (Maintenance)

• An internship allowance of €500 gross per month.

We are looking for an intern within the maintenance department!

• Analyze the current workshop layout and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop a practical 5S implementation plan.
• Execute the 5S steps (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) together with the users.
• Develop visual aids, such as markings, labels, and workshop standards.
• Establish work instructions, audits, and assurance processes.
• Measure, evaluate, and present results to stakeholders.

During this internship, you will work on the implementation of the 5S methodology within the Maintenance workshop. You will help to organize the workshop to be more organized, safer, and more efficient, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Your work will be visible daily to mechanics and technicians and will help to raise the maintenance process to a higher level.

• You are communicative and have a practical mindset.
