Will you become one of our 2,000 co-owners?

As Team Leader Accountancy & Advisory, you will lead a team of advisors within our accountancy and advisory practice.

This involves managing approximately 12 accountancy advisors, equally distributed across the Emmen/Hoogeveen and Groningen/Assen areas. You create an environment in which colleagues can develop, take ownership, and get the best out of themselves.

You are visibly present at our branches in Groningen, Hoogeveen, and Emmen and know what is happening within the teams. You coach employees in their professional and personal development, stimulate knowledge sharing, and ensure strong collaboration. Additionally, you are a sparring partner for the Director of Accountancy & Advisory and help translate the regional course into daily practice.
