What we're looking for

Pharmacy Student, 3rd year or higher. Work experience in a relevant environment is a major plus.
Affinity with digital care and experience working in online systems.
Strong communicator, customer-oriented, and accurate.
Fluent Dutch and good English
Independent, responsible, and organizationally strong.
Proactive and able to suggest improvements.
Available for at least 16 hours per week. (at the moment we need people who are available in the evenings and on weekends)

The role

Are you a pharmacy student with an eye for quality, processes, and collaboration? Are you looking for a versatile side job in which you combine pharmaceutical care with coordination, innovation, and digital care? Then this role at Wellis Pharmacy is for you!

In this position, you will work fully remote, in a digital team that provides pharmaceutical care to clients throughout the Netherlands.

What you'll do

As part of the Medical Operations team, you are the connecting link between clients, pharmacists, and the logistics team. Together with your team, you ensure that everything runs smoothly. Fully digital, from home.

Customer contact & pharmaceutical care: conducting telephone intakes, answering questions via telephone, email, and chat.
File management: checking and supplementing client files, monitoring medication safety, and flagging irregularities.
Collaboration with pharmacists: coordinating regarding prescriptions and deviations, ensuring correct documentation according to laws and regulations.
Process coordination: supporting logistical processes remotely and thinking along about improvements in workflow and quality.
Quality monitoring: contributing to the safeguarding of procedures and cooperating in the optimization of digital care processes.
