What we're looking for

You have extensive experience with influencer marketing, PR, partnerships, or community building within a brand, PR agency, influencer marketing agency, or similar environment.
You know how to build strong relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and media and, thanks to your negotiation skills, you get the maximum out of collaborations.
You have a sense for fashion, trends, and content and know which collaborations fit our target audience and brand identity.
You effortlessly organize multiple campaigns, influencer collaborations, and PR events simultaneously and are a professional point of contact for external partners and media.
You can express yourself well in Dutch and English, so that you can collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.

The role

As a PR & Influencer Marketeer, you are responsible for increasing the visibility and relevance of WE® through influencers, creators, and PR activities. You build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and translate our brand strategy into collaborations that inspire our target audience.

You develop and coordinate influencer campaigns: from selecting the right creators and making agreements to monitoring content, results, and budgets. Thanks to your commercial mindset, you know how to build strong partnerships and get the maximum out of every collaboration.
Additionally, you build and maintain our WE® Friends Ambassador Program and ensure sustainable relationships with creators and brand ambassadors that fit our brand identity and target audience.

You also play an important role within PR. You work closely with our PR agency, take the lead in the organization of events, and ensure that our collections and campaigns are brought to attention in the right way. You are also the first point of contact for press and media and ensure that questions are handled professionally and in line with our brand identity.

You closely follow developments within fashion, creators, and media and know which opportunities are relevant for WE®. In doing so, you work closely with colleagues within Marketing, Social, and our Creative Hub to ensure that all activities align with our brand identity.

In this role, you report to the Marketing Manager.
