As an Instore Visual Merchandiser, you ensure that our collections are presented as commercially as possible. You style window displays and displays according to WE guidelines, monitoring the SLP (Store Layout Plan) and executing the SEP (Store Equipment Plan). Together with your Store Manager, you continuously look for commercial opportunities and translate these into concrete visual merchandise tasks and plans. You take care of the presentation of mannequins and torsos and ensure that the POS material aligns with this. You also assist your Store Manager in training and developing the team in the field of visual merchandising. You provide an inspiring shopping environment for our customer! And of course, you also give every customer a warm welcome and advise them on the latest trends.

As an Instore Visual Merchandiser, you ensure that our collections are showcased to their full potential. You create an inspiring shopping environment by presenting window displays, displays, mannequins, and POS material according to the WE® guidelines.

Together with your Store Manager, you look at commercial opportunities on the shop floor and translate these into strong visual merchandise solutions. Additionally, you inspire colleagues in the field of visual merchandising and contribute to a consistent shopping experience for our customers.
