Taking the WE Fashion website to a higher level, further expanding the CRM program, and knowing how to inspire the customer. Our E-commerce team pulls out all the stops every single day. As a Digital Designer, you build upon the growth of our WE E-commerce business and do everything for the ultimate shopping experience of our customers. • As a Digital Designer, you play an important role in conceiving and shaping creative expressions and concepts.
• You translate input from various channels: fashion directions, CRM, product teams, and marketing into strong digital concepts.
• You work daily on both existing and new digital products, such as for example the concept development of our newsletter, the online translation of our campaigns, and fashion stories.
• You know how to give ideas form (and image) and are able to inspire and inform the customer through these expressions.
• You safeguard our online identity and translate concepts into webshop designs and newsletters.
• In this role, you report to the Design lead.
• You are a creative and a maker: you have ideas, but you can also translate them yourself into sleek Design.
• You understand social culture and know how to translate trends into content that feels relevant for WE Fashion. You conceive and create social-first concepts.
• You have demonstrable experience with or an affinity for AI and see opportunities to apply this in your work.
• You have a strong sense of fashion, branding & storytelling and know when something is not just beautiful, but also distinctive.
• You are strong in Adobe Creative Cloud and feel at home in video and motion.
• You work in a structured manner on multiple projects at once, maintain an overview, and work pleasantly with different teams to meet deadlines.

Our creative hub builds the creative world of WE Fashion every day. From large campaigns to the content that will be on TikTok or Instagram tomorrow. As a Graphic Designer, you are an important creative force for our social channels within the team. You translate campaigns and fashion stories into strong social-first content, but also come up with ideas yourself that tap into culture, trends, and what is happening right now. AI plays an important role in that. We are looking for someone who not only has an affinity for it, but someone who experiments curiously and comes up with content that we otherwise would not have been able to make.

You work closely with our Sr. Art Director, designers, copywriters, social team, and other stakeholders.
