Requirements

What we're looking for

Who we are looking for
You will complete a master's degree in IT, technology, business, management, or finance no later than July 2027. You are curious, enjoy asking questions, and take initiative. You enjoy collaborating, take responsibility, and have leadership ambitions. You speak Dutch and English.

Stay informed
Leave your email address below and receive an email as soon as the vacancy is online. That will be in January 2027.

The role

The traineeship
As a Management Trainee at Visma, you will work on five strategic projects at different Visma companies for one year. From day one, you are part of the action and make a concrete contribution to Visma's products. You can do two of those five projects abroad, for example in Copenhagen or Oslo. This allows you to discover what it is like to work internationally and, in a short time, get to know many different people, teams, and ways of working.

What you'll do

You will start in August 2027 with a joint introduction week at the Visma headquarters in Oslo, together with trainees from Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. During the traineeship, you will receive a personal mentor, a dedicated program leader, and former trainees to rely on. After that year, we offer you a permanent position within Visma.

Hiring process

Please note: this is not yet an application. You can only apply from January 2027. We will only use your email address to let you know when the vacancy is online. After that, we will delete your details and you can apply yourself via the vacancy.
