Traineeship Application Developer

• You start with internal training to get to know our development environment and techniques, the company, and your colleagues.

• You learn to translate customer questions into concrete solutions, after which you develop the applications yourself and help implement them.

• You help with building applications for customers at home and abroad.

• You delve into the logistical processes and develop the functionalities that align with the customer's wishes.

• You also contribute to the on-site implementation so that the solution functions optimally.

• Even after delivery, you remain involved: you collect feedback and refine the process.

• At the customer's location, you see your work in action! From Boekel, you maintain contact with customers and coordinate with colleagues regarding, for example, system integrations.

Without smart automation, the logistical processes, administration, and inventory management of our customers would fall apart. Therefore, your work matters. And it is challenging every time, because the Vanboxtel-WMS is tailored in detail to the processes and wishes of the customer. You learn the trade through small, manageable assignments, and take on increasingly challenging trajectories. In addition, we naturally look at your interests. Does customer contact appeal to you the most? Or do you prefer to focus on programming at the office? You receive the projects that suit you. And with your unique skills, you make the difference.

• A good salary. Our trainees receive a starting salary of € 2,700 gross per month (40 hours). Do you already have experience and a relevant diploma? Then we will look together at which salary suits you.
