Dynamic Traffic Management (DVM) Supervisor

As a Dynamic Traffic Management Supervisor, you coordinate execution at various project locations in Noord-Holland. You manage technicians and subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with work preparers, project leaders, and engineers. You inspect work, report progress, and supervise handovers and transfers to customers. You resolve technical and organizational bottlenecks on-site. You implement installations for dynamic traffic management such as detection loops and traffic control centers. You regularly work at night.

• Coordinating execution at various project locations in Noord-Holland

• Managing technicians and subcontractors for efficient project realization

• Supervising compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

• Coordinating with work preparers, project leaders, and engineers for optimal collaboration

• Inspecting work and reporting project progress

• Resolving technical and organizational bottlenecks on-site

• Supervising handovers and transfers to customers

• Implementing dynamic traffic management installations such as detection loops and traffic control centers

• Working at night

• MBO+/HBO work and thinking level, preferably in electrical engineering

• Demonstrable experience as a supervisor in infrastructural or installation technology projects

• Strong leadership qualities and organizational ability

• Communicatively skilled and accustomed to switching between different stakeholders

• In possession of VCA-VOL and driving license B

• Knowledge of DVM installations is a plus
