Within Veolia Gebouwenbeheer in Schiphol-Rijk, you will work as a First-Class Technician in a branch with short lines of communication and a close-knit team. Together with colleagues, you will work on challenging contracts, such as government agencies, large offices, universities, and other utility buildings. Here, we daily manage and maintain building-related installations in both the electrical and mechanical fields.

As a First-Class Mechanical Installations Technician, you will work independently at client sites in the Amsterdam region. You will largely organize your own activities and can rely on a team of colleagues for consultation and support where necessary.

Your tasks as a First-Class Mechanical Installations Technician at Veolia Gebouwenbeheer:

• Performing repairs, replacements, and new installation work on climate control systems
• Independently performing maintenance and analyzing and resolving malfunctions
• Coordinating activities according to the situation and the wishes of the client
• Reporting findings and points of attention to the project leader, estimator/work planner, or supervisor
• Acting as a point of contact for colleagues regarding technical questions
