Your role

As a Trial Injection Technician, you are responsible for starting up, testing, and optimizing new and existing injection molding processes. You determine the optimal settings for machines, molds, and robots and ensure that processes run efficiently, stably, and reproducibly. Additionally, you support production with technical issues and improvement projects.

Your duties:

• Performing trial injections and zero series for new products.
• Determining the optimal machine, mold, and robot settings.
• Recording process data, machine settings, and material data.
• Preparing trial injection reports.
• Supporting the creation of work instructions for production.
• Resolving technical problems and malfunctions within the injection molding process.
• Optimizing existing processes in terms of quality and efficiency.
• Setting up, adjusting, and co-programming robots.
• Investigating malfunctions in machines, molds, and control systems.
• Consulting with production, engineering, quality assurance, and technical service regarding technical improvements.
