Are you technically strong, do you work accurately, and do you get energy from translating technical information into clear and complete drawings? Then we have a great position for you at Westerdijk.

As a Drafter, you work out drawings for our technical projects. You create, among other things, working drawings, schematic diagrams, dimensions, cross-sections, and detail drawings, and you ensure that the project team has the correct technical information.

You work closely with the engineer, work planner, and project leader. In doing so, it is not just about making drawings: you check them, process changes, and ensure that revisions and project documentation are properly maintained.

As a Drafter, you are responsible for the technical elaboration and management of drawings for various projects.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

· Independently working out working drawings;

· Creating and working out schematic diagrams, dimensions, cross-sections, and detail drawings;

· Elaborating technical spaces based on sketches;

· Checking drawings and processing necessary additions;

· Processing and maintaining revisions;

· Preparing and maintaining drawing lists;

· Compiling revision folders;

· Collecting and managing drawings from third parties regarding projects;

· Archiving drawings and project documentation;

· Coordinating activities with the engineer, work planner, and project leader;

· Participating in work meetings;

· Registering hours spent per project;

· Building and maintaining your own library of frequently used technical details;

· Keeping your technical professional knowledge up to date.

Depending on the project, you may also be deployed to create control current diagrams, process supplier documentation and revision drawings, or perform technical on-site measurements of installations.
