Climate Technology Project Leader in the Netherlands

We are looking for a Project Leader for our projects department. Do you have experience in a similar role, or are you currently working as a technician and ready for the next step into an office environment? Then this vacancy might be interesting for you

Let us first introduce ourselves briefly. We, Klaver Klimaattechniek, provide sustainable climate solutions from advice and design to installation and service or maintenance of systems. As climate specialists, we want to be the best in our field. Our team therefore puts their shoulders to the wheel every single day to get the job done, both independently and in a team. Due to diverse clients, projects, and techniques, no two days are the same with us! Our projects are primarily in Noord-Holland. Our clients include, for example, schools, healthcare institutions, and also the NS.

As a project leader, you are the linchpin in realizing technical projects. From the initial preparations through to the final delivery, you ensure that everything runs smoothly and that goals are achieved. You combine technical knowledge with organizational insight and manage both processes and people to complete projects successfully, within schedule and budget

In this position, you will mainly be involved in:

• Creating schedules

• Managing budgets and monitoring schedule and quality standards

• Attending meetings and maintaining contact with all parties

• Carefully documenting project results and experiences for future reference

• Coaching, motivating, developing, assessing, and managing your team

• VCA certificate (or willing to obtain this) and driving license B
