Are you an experienced Plumber or First-Class Installer in Residential Construction and do you naturally take the lead on the construction site? As a Lead Plumber Residential Construction at Van Hoften Installatietechniek, you will both work hands-on and manage your colleagues on large new-build projects.

You ensure that the work is well distributed, maintain an overview of the planning, and are the first point of contact for your crew. This is not a remote position: you stand among the installers and remain actively involved with the technical work.

As a Lead Plumber Residential Construction, you and your team ensure that the mechanical installations in new-build homes are installed correctly and according to schedule.

You will, among other things:

• Performing installation work independently within residential construction projects.

• Managing and guiding installers, second-class installers, and apprentice installers.

• Installing sanitary systems, piping, heating, ventilation, and heat pumps.

• Distributing the work and ensuring your crew knows what needs to be done.

• Monitoring planning, progress, quality, and safety on the construction site.

• Checking drawings and solving practical bottlenecks on the construction site.

• Liaising with work preparation and project management.

• Ensuring the work is delivered neatly and correctly.

In short: you work hands-on, maintain the overview, and ensure your crew can keep moving forward.

• Specialist in large-scale residential construction and approximately 2,000 new-build homes per year.

• You work with permanent teams on large new-build projects.

• Lots of freedom, short lines of communication, and room to grow further.
