For this position, we are looking for a Lead Electrical Technician - Instrumentation and Control who knows how to combine technical expertise with floor-level management. You are that experienced electrical technician who not only performs installation work yourself but also guides, motivates, and helps your colleagues to successfully complete projects. As a Lead Electrical Technician - Instrumentation and Control, you will fulfill an important role within our technical realization teams. You are responsible for the progress and quality of work on-site and support your team in the execution of various projects. With your practical and proactive approach, you ensure that projects run smoothly and that colleagues are motivated and well-informed.

Specifically, your role includes:

• The independent installation of instrumentation and control systems;

• Monitoring the quality of performed work;

• Guiding, coaching, and managing fellow technicians on the work floor;

• Maintaining contacts with clients and involved partners;

• Actively contributing to a safe and efficient execution of projects.
