As an Electrical Technician, you ensure that instrumentation and control installations are professionally installed. You work on diverse projects, from hospitals and data centers to offices and universities. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that every installation is perfectly constructed and ready for the next step.

What you'll do

As an Electrical Technician - Instrumentation and Control, you are responsible for the installation, connection, and cabling of instrumentation and control installations within various commercial building projects. You work from technical drawings and ensure that control cabinets, field equipment, and cabling are mounted neatly and according to applicable standards. You work closely with work preparers, engineers, and commissioning technicians to successfully complete projects. Thanks to your accurate way of working, installations are delivered safely, reliably, and according to schedule.

Specifically, you will be involved in:

Installing and connecting instrumentation and control installations;
Mounting control cabinets, sensors, actuators, and other field equipment;
Laying and connecting cabling according to diagrams and drawings;
Performing checks and measurements to guarantee the quality of the installation;
Identifying and resolving technical deviations during execution;
Collaborating with colleagues and other disciplines at the project location;
Ensuring a safe, neat, and high-quality execution of the work.

What you bring

You are a practical and enthusiastic electrical technician who loves to roll up your sleeves. You work accurately, think in solutions, and find it important to deliver quality. You feel completely in your element both independently and in a team.

In addition, you possess:

A completed MBO education in Electrical Engineering or Installation Technology;
Experience as an electrical technician within the commercial building sector or installation technology is a plus;
Affinity with instrumentation and control technology or the ambition to grow further in this field;
Technical insight and the ability to read electrical engineering drawings;
An independent and quality-oriented working attitude;
Good communication skills and a flexible attitude;
Driving license B.
