First-class Technician

At HIG Building Solutions, you work on technology that you encounter everywhere: from schools to luxury villas and commercial buildings. We primarily focus on the design and installation of electrotechnical installations, data infrastructure, and systems such as access control and fire alarm systems. Together, we work on projects, from large to small. A small part of our work consists of Service and maintenance.

Projects are varied: sometimes a week, sometimes a year or longer. You work in fixed teams on data or electricity, with about 15 colleagues in-house and 40 out in the field. The atmosphere is down-to-earth and personal: just act normally and help each other.

• 12-month contract with a view to a permanent position

• Possibility to work 32, 36, or 40 hours

• 25 vacation days + 13 ADV days (full-time) + pension via PMT

• As a First-class Technician, you work on highly varied electrotechnical projects

• Projects in offices, industrial halls, schools, and luxury villa construction

• You primarily work in Noord-Holland, Zuid-Holland, Utrecht, and Friesland

• You install electrotechnical installations, data infrastructure, access control, or fire alarm systems

• You supervise fellow technicians on the work floor

• You monitor planning, quality, and safety

• You communicate directly with project management, customers, and colleagues

• MBO diploma in Electrotechnics level 3 or 4

• Experience as an independent technician and ready for the next step

• Driving license B

• You work neatly, safely, and in a structured manner

• You take responsibility and dare to make decisions

• You communicate clearly and help colleagues further
