At HulstFlier, you can work within one of our two specialized departments. Do you choose the dynamics of Utility, with diverse utility projects? Or does Major Maintenance & Renovation suit you better, where you work on renewing, making more sustainable, and future-proofing existing buildings?

Together, we will look at which department and projects best align with your knowledge, experience, and ambitions.

As Estimator / Work Preparer Mechanical Installations, you are involved in our projects from the very first calculation. You map out costs, assess technical information, and, together with your colleagues, ensure that everything is well prepared before execution begins.

Your duties include

• Preparing calculations and cost price computations for mechanical installations;

• Calculating and processing additional and reduced work;

• Assessing requests, technical drawings, and specifications;

• Thinking along about smart, practical, and technically feasible installation solutions;

• Supporting material flows, schedules, and project documentation;

• Identifying technical and organizational bottlenecks;

• Coordinating with project leaders, work preparers, and other colleagues;

• Ensuring that projects are technically and practically well-executable.

With this, you combine estimation and work preparation. This provides a lot of variety and gives you the opportunity to truly set up a project well from the preparation stage.

Within Utility, you work on diverse utility projects and associated mechanical installations. No project is the same, and you will deal with various technical challenges.

If you choose Major Maintenance & Renovation, you will work on existing buildings that are being renovated and made more sustainable. You will think along about solutions that make both installations and buildings ready for the future again.

Whichever direction you choose: you will work together with a dedicated team on technical projects you can be proud of.
