Apprenticeship Installation Technician

Do you want to work and learn at the same time? And does it appeal to you to learn a technical trade where you can get to work in practice immediately? Then start your BBL apprenticeship in Installation Technology at Heluto in Diever.

As an Apprenticeship Installation Technician for Climate Technology, you combine your vocational (mbo) education with working in practice. Together with an experienced technician, you will go out on the road and learn everything about heating, cooling, and ventilation installations. This way, you earn a salary immediately, gain valuable work experience, and work towards your mbo diploma at the same time.

No experience in installation technology yet? No problem. If you are motivated to learn the trade, we will provide the right guidance.

During your BBL apprenticeship, you primarily learn the trade by doing it. Together with an experienced installation technician, you will visit various projects in the North and Central Netherlands. For example, you will work in homes, offices, factories, and healthcare institutions.

You will, among other things:

• helping with the installation of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems;

• placing and installing new climate installations;

• renovating and replacing existing installations;

• learning to work with professional tools;

• learning to understand technical drawings and installations;

• solving technical problems together with experienced colleagues;

• performing more and more tasks independently.

You don't need to know how to do all of this yet. During your BBL trajectory, you will learn step by step how it works and continue to grow in the trade.

We are primarily looking for someone who is enthusiastic about technology and enjoys working with their hands. We find experience less important than motivation and the will to learn.

We would like to see that you:

• are following or want to follow an mbo-BBL education in the direction of installation technology;

• have an interest in technology and climate technology;

• enjoy practical work;

• are motivated to learn and obtain your diploma;

• enjoy working together with colleagues;

• show initiative and are not afraid to ask questions.

A Category B driver's license is handy, but not a requirement.
