Parts Warehouse Worker

Are you technically minded, do you work accurately, and do you enjoy helping customers find the right parts? At Van Mossel Mercedes-Benz Vans & Trucks in Bergschenhoek, we are looking for a driven warehouse worker for our Parts department. In this role, you will combine your technical knowledge with customer focus, ensure that orders are processed quickly and correctly, and contribute to a smooth administrative process. In short: you are the link that keeps our customers satisfied and keeps our logistics running.

What will you be doing?
At our Van Mossel Mercedes Benz Vans & Trucks, we are looking for a warehouse worker for our Parts department. With your technical knowledge and experience, you are responsible for processing orders from our customers. This can take place via our system, by telephone, or via email. You ensure that the parts are delivered to the customer quickly and correctly. If a part is not in stock, you communicate directly with the customer, place the order with the supplier, and keep the customer informed of the progress. Additionally, you ensure that invoices are correct and that the driver can deliver all parts on time. Furthermore, your duties consist of:

• Ensuring a good administrative process;

• Advising customers on various parts and their purchase;

• Responding to commercial opportunities;

• Securing the delivery schedule and communicating with the customer where necessary.

Who are you?
As a parts warehouse worker at our location, it is important that you have a technical background. Although experience in a commercial role is a plus, we are also willing to invest in your development if this is not the case. Additionally, you have the ability to maintain an overview, work accurately, and have good administrative skills. Furthermore, you possess:

• MBO level of work and thinking;

• Good communication and listening skills;

• A good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
