Are you commercially strong, do you get energy from good conversations, and do you know how to turn interest into action? Do you have an affinity for investing and do you enjoy actively searching for commercial opportunities? Then we are looking for you.

TFH Holland is a growing investment company active within Food, Tech, and Health. After two successful funds, we are currently continuing to build our third fund and, with it, the next growth phase of TFH Holland.

Private investors can participate in our funds starting from €100,000, thereby investing in a portfolio of Dutch companies with growth potential.

For our commercial team, this means plenty of opportunities. We want to further expand our network of investors, continue to activate existing relationships, and connect new potential investors to TFH Holland. You will play an important role in this: from the first commercial contact to guiding a potential investor towards participation in one of our funds.

As Investor Relations, you will be in daily conversation with potential and existing investors. You actively follow up on leads, conduct substantive conversations, and guide potential investors throughout the entire sales process.

You are someone who loves to pick up the phone with infectious enthusiasm. Not just to schedule an initial introduction, but precisely to engage in conversation, identify needs, discuss objections, and make someone enthusiastic about investing with TFH.

In doing so, you will continuously build up more substantive knowledge about our funds, propositions, and investments. This allows you to independently carry out conversations further and effectively bring potential investors along in our story.

You work closely with a senior colleague and the Managing Director, discussing new opportunities and issues together, and handing over leads at the right moment if necessary.

In addition to following up on existing leads, you continuously look for where new commercial opportunities lie. Which contacts could be interesting? Which investors can we approach again? Where do we see opportunities within our network? And which actions, together with Marketing, can ensure new qualitative leads?

Your responsibilities will include

• Actively following up potential investors by telephone and independently conducting commercial conversations;

• Identifying needs, investment interest, and any objections, and responding to these commercially;

• Enthusing potential investors about TFH Holland and our funds and actively driving towards a concrete next step;

• Guiding leads throughout the commercial process and identifying new commercial opportunities;

• Proactively approaching interesting contacts, relationships, and target groups;

• Building up substantive knowledge about our funds, portfolio, and private equity and involving a senior colleague in a timely manner for larger or more complex investment opportunities;

• Carefully maintaining contacts, appointments, actions, and follow-ups in HubSpot;

• Collaborating with Marketing and senior sales colleagues and supporting investor meetings, events, and other commercial activities.

You already have several years of commercial experience under your belt and know how to conduct a good sales conversation. You get energy from contact with people, ask the right questions, and know how to build trust. At the same time, you are commercial enough to take action, recognize opportunities, and ask for commitment or a concrete next step.

You want to further develop within the financial world and become increasingly strong in conversations with investors. You can independently take on a sales process, maintain an overview of your pipeline, and know when the moment is right to involve a senior colleague.

In addition, you also bring the following:

• You have approximately 3 to 6 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or business development;

• You have HBO or WO level of work and thinking;

• You preferably have experience within financial services, asset management, investing, or a similar commercial environment;

• You have a demonstrable affinity with investing and financial products;

• You are persuasive, curious, proactive, and a strong communicator;

• You have excellent command of the Dutch language.

You will join a commercial role in which you contribute directly to the further growth of TFH Holland and our investment funds. We are in full development and growing as an organization, which means there is plenty of room to help build, take responsibility, and further develop yourself. You will work closely with experienced colleagues within Sales, Marketing, and Investments and will have the opportunity to learn more and more about investing, private equity, and working with investors.
