At AI Mills, we are looking for a driven and flexible accountant and administrative assistant who wants to help build an organization that is still being set up from the ground up. You will get the chance not only to manage the administration but also to actively contribute ideas on how finance is structured within AI Mills.

As an Accountant & Backoffice assistant at AI Mills, you will have a broad role in which you can fully build and develop. You are primarily responsible for the financial administration of AI Mills and help to further professionalize finance.

Your responsibilities will include

• Setting up and managing the financial administration from the ground up;

• Processing purchase and sales invoices;

• Preparing VAT and other tax returns;

• Drafting and supporting financial reports and management overviews;

• Drafting and preparing consolidated reports;

• Liaising with the external accountant for the purpose of annual accounts and compliance;

• Managing cash flows and monitoring the financial structure;

• Contributing ideas regarding systems, processes, and further professionalization of the organization;

• Supporting investor administration and administrative questions from investors;

• Contributing ideas regarding the design and optimization of processes.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop within KYC/CDD, if that appeals to you. This could include:

• Performing customer and investor research;

• Verifying documentation and UBO structures;

• Risk analyses and compliance activities;

• Contact with investors regarding required information.
