Evening & Weekend Team Leader

As a team leader, you have an eye for detail and are one of the fixed points of contact for our customers and colleagues. You know your way around all departments like no other and do nothing more than enjoy working hands-on in the store. You know how to handle ordering products and keep a close eye on the stock in both the store and the warehouse. You ensure that processes run in a correct and smooth manner. You know how to involve and enthousiasm your colleagues in this. Where necessary, you provide them with feedback in an appropriate manner. In the absence of the entrepreneur or store manager—which will often be in the evening—you effortlessly take over the reins in managing the team and the store processes. You also have an eye for Foodservice and the checkout/self-scan.

Together with your team, you ensure that customers walk out of the store with a big smile and a well-filled bag. You can independently open and/or close the store.
