Assistant Store Manager

As an assistant store manager, you are one of the permanent faces in the store. You have an eye for the customers, whom we also call guests, and proactively provide them with advice or assistance during their shopping or at the checkout process. You actively think along about the smart and efficient organization of processes and making things as easy as possible for the customer. Realizing an optimal customer experience is in your DNA. You know your way around ordering products; after all, you are always on top of the sales figures. In the absence of the store manager and/or entrepreneur, you take over the tasks effortlessly. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and actively participate in all occurring activities on the shop floor: from unloading freight to stocking the warehouse. And from organizing your store smartly to making a freshly prepared sandwich.

Together with your team, you ensure that customers walk out of the store with a big smile and a well-filled bag. As an assistant store manager, you support the entrepreneur and/or store manager in coaching and motivating the team and know how to enthusiastically engage them to achieve the set goals together.
