What you'll do

As a DevOps Tester at AUTO|Q, you are the link between technology and business, making you the linchpin of the DevOps team. Within the team, you are the one responsible for quality, who aims for ‘first time right’ and who encourages, guides, and facilitates their teammates to do the same. By subsequently demonstrating that quality through testing, you bridge the gap to the business and give the customer the confidence that the delivered result meets expectations.

How do you help our customers move forward?
A glimpse of the activities you can expect at our customers:

You are responsible for the planning and execution of testing activities within your DevOps HPT team;
You drive quality within the team. In doing so, you take initiatives to integrate shift-left and shift-right applications into the way of working;
You ensure a quality-oriented mindset within the team;
You are sharp on quality during refinements and focus on good, testable backlog items;
You work together with the developers in performing unit testing;
You develop, maintain, and optimize the test scripts, which you then preferably also automate.

You have a clear vision of your profession, a passion for quality, and the drive to always go that extra mile. You are a team player who aims for the collective result and therefore looks beyond just your own tasks.

Furthermore:

Do you have proven work experience in a similar role;
Is working with tooling the most normal thing in the world to you, and do you have knowledge of one or more testing tools and frameworks, such as Cucumber, SpecFlow, Selenium, Postman, SoapUI, RobotFramework, Playwright, or Cypress;
Do you have knowledge of, and even preferably experience with, topics such as CI/CD, mobile, security, performance, and monitoring;
Is coding experience a plus;
Are you in possession of a TMap and/or ISTQB certificate;
Do you have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field of study;
Do you master the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
