What we see in you:

• Experience as a business analyst, information analyst, or functional designer
• The ability to make processes clear and record them in a structured way
• You write clear user stories or designs that a team can effectively work with
• You switch easily between business and IT
• You speak Dutch (minimum B2) and feel comfortable in a client environment

Experience with Pega is nice, but not a hard requirement. If you understand the basics and have the motivation to deepen your knowledge, we will help you with that.

You get energy from complex issues and are not afraid to keep asking questions until you truly understand how something works. You know how to separate the essential from the non-essential, bring structure, and can empathize well with users and stakeholders.

What you bring:

• A HBO or WO background and you speak Dutch at a minimum B2 level
• Experience as a business analyst, functional designer, or information analyst
• You can clearly map out processes, requirements, and dependencies
• You write clear user stories or designs that a team can get to work with immediately
• You are curious about Pega and willing to get certified (at our expense)

Experience with Agile working or methods such as Lean or Design Thinking is a plus, but more important is that you think logically and enjoy collaborating.
