Proposition Director Delivery - Software

• At least 10 years of delivery in complex IT or technology environments.

As Software Proposition Director, you are such a leader. You are responsible for the full lifecycle of our software-driven market propositions: from plan and build to run and continuous improvement. You ensure that customer teams can deliver what we collectively promise: the highest quality, without compromise.

This is a role for a hands-on delivery leader who feels at home at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operations.

What you will do

Operational Leadership & Delivery Excellence; You hold ultimate responsibility for the delivery and further development of our Services. This means:

• Directing the plan, build, and run, as well as the continuous improvement of our services.
• Providing structure with clear roadmaps, milestones, and transparent internal communication.
• Standardizing processes, documenting them, and ensuring best practices land, so that our service delivery is scalable and audit-proof.
• Keeping service descriptions, contracts, and pricing up to date to support sales and customer teams.

Customer Enablement & Service Ownership; You support customer teams so they can deliver sustainably:

• By establishing a stable, high-quality foundation of services.
• By connecting teams and creating communities that stimulate knowledge sharing and inner-source.
• By recognizing operational bottlenecks and realizing structural improvements across the organization.

Commercial & Financial Ownership; You are responsible for the commercial health of your domain:

• Managing the P&L of the proposition and ensuring investments yield maximum returns.
• Contributing to cross- and up-selling by ensuring propositions align with customer needs and market developments.
• Collaborating with proposition ambassadors and sales to translate customer feedback into our service roadmap.

Innovation Enablement & Stewardship; You ensure that innovation truly lands in our service delivery:

• By working closely with labs, tech leads, and customer teams.
• By integrating new trends, techniques, and ways of working into service delivery in a sustainable manner.
• By stimulating the reuse of service components and maximizing our scalability.

You are a driven, structured, and highly reliable delivery leader. You combine strategic insight with pragmatic execution and know how to make complex service delivery predictable.
