Help build the financial backbone of mission-critical IT for the Netherlands' most leading organizations.
Schuberg Philis is an IT service provider, with nearly 600 colleagues and more than € 180 million in annual revenue. Schuberg Philis specializes in mission-critical systems, where maximum reliability and customer satisfaction are central. Our customers are leading organizations in vital sectors, such as finance, logistics, energy, and government. And our multidisciplinary teams function autonomously and take end-to-end responsibility: from strategy and architecture to realization and management.
Schuberg Philis delivers future-proof solutions in the fields of cloud, data & AI, software development, and security. Our organization is characterized by a strong engineering culture with minimal hierarchy and a focus on teamwork, knowledge sharing, and social impact. Thanks to our unique approach, we remain innovative, agile, and a trusted partner for the most critical IT challenges.
At Schuberg Philis, we stimulate performance and growth through continuous peer coaching, honest feedback, and open reflection on decisions made with consent. In this way, our teams remain agile, connected, and personally involved in customer results, and learning occurs by doing, experimenting with new technologies, and actively sharing knowledge within our community.
The Finance team is responsible, among other things, for the administration and the recording of - and reporting on - the figures. Within this team, everyone has their own role, with additional and overlapping tasks and (improvement) projects. There is a lot of autonomy, but you are never alone. There is always someone available to brainstorm or have a cup of coffee.
Due to growth, a new role has emerged and we are looking for a Revenue Accountant (32-40 hours per week).
What are we looking for?
As a Revenue Accountant, your focus lies on the operational activities of invoicing and revenue recognition. You also monitor the (automated) order-to-cash process, investigate exceptions, and prepare reports regarding the various revenue streams within Schuberg Philis. Additionally, you act as a point of contact for the customer teams, who are the link between our customers and the engineers. In collaboration with the Revenue Controller, you ensure complete and accurate revenue administration. Thus, you are the pivot between Finance and the Business, where your understanding of financial administration is combined with insight into business processes to safeguard control and management.
What is your profile?
To fill this role successfully, your profile looks as follows:
Do you want to be part of an ambitious, professional, and growing company - described by the FD in 2024 as a "hidden IT gem"? Are you available in the short term and ready to take on this great challenge? Then respond with your CV via the link.
Everyone we work with and consider working with has a right to equal treatment. The hiring and appraisal process at Schuberg Philis is designed to be thorough and equitable, implementing fair payment, benefits, and opportunities across all demographics.
It is our desire to be a company that brings together multiple nationalities, cultures, religions, genders, abilities, and talents within and across our teams. We welcome colleagues from diverse backgrounds to join Schuberg Philis and actively support diversity and inclusion in the tech industry.
