The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen and HR expertise with a hands-on leadership approach. They are data-driven, adaptable, and passionate about developing teams, driving business outcomes, and continuously improving how we deliver HR support.

What you'll do

  • Navigate EMEA employment practices, labor relations, and employee representation requirements to deliver practical, compliant, and business-focused solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including ER, LR, Legal, People Operations, Rewards, and HRBPs, to ensure effective and consistent People delivery.
  • Use data and insights to identify trends, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement in HR delivery.
  • Build scalable ways of working by simplifying, improving, and automating processes, while connecting regional needs with global People priorities.

Requirements

  • Min 10 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or HR leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing a team of HR professionals.
  • Strong HR generalist expertise, including performance management, employee relations, talent management, and organizational change.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise and influence senior business leaders, exercise sound judgment, and deliver practical, business-focused solutions.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
