Together, we bring ambitious women together to share experiences and inspire one another – so that you can start your career stronger and with more confidence.

It consists of four in-person meetings and at least two individual mentoring sessions. All training sessions take place at our office in Amsterdam. We count on your attendance at all sessions.

Who are we looking for?
The program is aimed at female master's students with a completed university bachelor's degree. Full proficiency in the Dutch language is a requirement to participate in the program.

We would like to receive your CV, motivation letter, and transcripts from your studies (master's, bachelor's, and high school). The application deadline is Sunday, December 6, 2026.

Step 1: CV selection and motivation
This selection will be based on your academic results, extracurricular experiences, and your motivation for the Be Inspired - Female Mentorship Program. You will hear by December 9 at the latest whether you have been invited for the Assessment and the first round of interviews.

Step 2: Online assessment
The online assessment will take place on Monday, December 14. Based on this test, we will assess your numerical capacities and analytical skills. Upon achieving a passing score, you will be invited for the selection interviews on Wednesday, 16 December at our office. 

Step 3: Interviews
The selection interviews consist of an interpersonal interview and a case interview, 30 minutes each. You will receive feedback and hear whether you have been selected by Monday 21 December at the latest.

We would like to invite you to apply for an internship or entry-level position after the conclusion of this program. We will support and guide you in preparing for the application process.
