B2B Field Account Manager - Utrecht

What do we expect from you?
We are looking for a colleague with a result-oriented, proactive, and persuasive working attitude. You have the independence to successfully map out a territory and possess the commercial resilience required in the B2B market. Additionally, you bring:

• Level: MBO or HBO working and thinking level.
• Experience: (Some) work experience in B2B sales, or a strong commercial drive.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Practical: In possession of a B driver's license and residing in or around the mentioned regions.

Employment conditions & bonus structure
We believe in transparently rewarding success and we love to invest in your development:

• Fixed basic salary: € 2,800 gross per month (based on 40 hours).
• Guaranteed bonus: A guaranteed bonus of € 750 gross per month during your onboarding period (the first 2 months).
• Monthly bonus: After the onboarding period, you will move to our regular bonus structure. The average bonus within our sales teams amounts to € 1,600 per month (no ceiling).
• Expense allowance: A fixed net expense allowance per month.
• Mobility & Tools: A representative company car from day one (including charging pass, also available for private use), a phone, and a laptop.
• Extensive onboarding program (no industry experience required!): We will teach you everything about pest control and legislation. Additionally, there are real growth opportunities toward Key Account Management.
