You are responsible for, among other things:

• Organizing movement sessions in and around the Philips Stadion for your own groups.

• Supporting theory lessons on topics such as nutrition, stress, relaxation, mindset, sleep, and energy management.

• Thinking along and helping with the organization of PSV 12 Weeks.

• Following relevant trends and developments in the fields of vitality, lifestyle, and health.

• Supporting other sporting and inspiring projects within PSV Vitality.

⚽ The (main) tasks for your position as Vitality Intern

• Guiding movement sessions within PSV 12 Weeks.

• Supporting lifestyle advisors during theory sessions.

• Identifying progress and needs of participants within your group.

• Preparing sessions and contributing to materials for the meetings.

• Thinking along about improving training and movement programs.

• Following relevant trends and developments in the fields of vitality, lifestyle, and health

• Supporting projects and vitality events of PSV Vitality.

• Contributing to a welcoming, motivating, and safe environment for participants.

You are an energetic, motivated, and socially strong intern who loves to get people moving. You will join PSV Vitality, a division within PSV that focuses on vitality, health, and sustainable employability for employees at companies in and around Eindhoven.

Within PSV Vitality, you will work in a team where sportsmanship, personal attention, and development are central. You will play an active role in a professional yet warm environment where we help participants live healthier, fitter, and more conscious lives, right in and around the Philips Stadion.

From September 2026 through July 2027, you will be part of the PSV Vitality team for at least 20 hours per week.

As a Vitality intern, you will play an active role within the PSV 12 Weeks program, a trajectory in which participants work on their vitality every week.

You will be paired with one or more fixed groups of participants and guide them for twelve weeks. You will truly build a bond with your group, see participants grow, and actively contribute to their physical and mental development.

• You have an HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of thinking.

• You are following a degree such as Sports Science, Sport & Health, Psychology, or Movement and Lifestyle Advisor.

• You have a passion for sports, movement, and vitality and, of course, an affinity with PSV.

• You are fluent in the Dutch language, and preferably also speak good English.

You bring the following competencies

• You feel responsible and reliable.

• You are enthusiastic and know how to motivate groups.

• You are flexibly deployable and do not find it a problem to work in the evenings (at least two evenings per week).

• You work in a structured and careful manner.

• You are a strong communicator and dare to take initiative.

• You are socially engaged and know how to create a safe, positive atmosphere.
