Join the care with a smile at Tandheelkundig Centrum Weesp, where quality, collaboration, and fun are central.
You have experience as a dental assistant and know exactly how important your role is in ensuring treatments run smoothly. Now you are looking for a place where you can further deepen your professional knowledge, take on responsibility, and contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere within the team.
At Tandheelkundig Centrum Weesp, as an experienced dental assistant, you will be given the space to work independently, think along, and grow further within a modern, professional practice.
We are part of Oral Care Nederland, a network of practices founded by dentists. Here, you will work not only on providing the best care for our patients, but also on your personal development and future in oral healthcare.
As an experienced dental assistant in Weesp, you are the dentist's right hand and an indispensable link in the team. You:
Assist independently during treatments and ensure everything runs smoothly at the chair;
Prepare treatment rooms, materials, and instruments and ensure a hygienic working environment;
Guide patients during treatment and reassure them where necessary;
Schedule appointments, manage the agenda, and carefully process patient and treatment data in the system;
Provide information, education, and advice to patients regarding oral care and treatments;
Perform simple dental procedures as instructed, such as taking impressions, taking X-rays, or preventive tasks;
Contribute to the daily organization of the practice, such as inventory management, correspondence, and administrative tasks;
Actively think along about improvements in processes and quality.
As an experienced dental assistant, you are the pivot between the patient, the dentist, and the team at Tandheelkundig Centrum Weesp.
You ensure that treatments run efficiently and pleasantly, patients feel at ease, and colleagues can count on you. With your experience and commitment, you contribute to a professional, friendly atmosphere in which everyone works with pleasure.
Our practice is fully digitally organized, with 7 modern treatment rooms and an experienced team of dentists, dental hygienists, and assistants. The patient population is as diverse as the municipality itself: from young families and children to elderly people who have been coming to us for years. This makes your work versatile and substantively challenging.
You will join a warm and close-knit team of about 15 colleagues: 4 dentists, several dental hygienists and prevention assistants, and a practice manager who supports the organizational foundation.
What characterizes us?
Short lines and open communication;
A mix of experienced professionals and young talents;
A culture in which quality, development, and fun are central.
We provide certainty, development, and a pleasant working environment:
An independent and varied position for 16-34 hours per week with lots of contact with patients;
A suitable salary between €2,400 and €3,300 per month, based on full-time employment;
Working days from Monday to Friday, no weekends;
190 hours of vacation days per year based on full-time employment;
Good pension conditions;
A clean working environment, including fresh work clothes daily that we wash for you internally;
An easily accessible work location and a travel allowance;
A collegial and close-knit team in which collaboration comes first;
Good guidance and opportunities for deepening or specialization;
A modern, well-organized practice with short lines.
You are an experienced and committed dental assistant with an eye for quality and patient experience. You bring:
Completed MBO Dental Assistant training (level 4) or currently in training;
At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position;
Good communication and social skills;
Team spirit, independence, and stress resistance;
Experience with dental software (such as Exquise) is a plus.
Does this sound like your next challenge? We keep the process short and personal: an interview and a shadow morning.
