A good salary between €4,043 and €6,058 per month (based on 40 hours, CAO ZKN).
A 10% scarcity allowance on top of your gross monthly salary. You receive this in addition to the salary mentioned above!
Holiday allowance of 8.3% and additionally an end-of-year bonus of 8.3% (if you wish, you can also have this paid out monthly).
Together, this means a total annual income between €61,000 and €93,200 based on 40 hours.

In this role, you are responsible for a smooth and professional course of the operative process. From warmly receiving clients to instrumenting, assisting, and circulating during surgical procedures: you are the linchpin in the operating room. With your expertise and speed, you contribute directly to the high-quality care we provide.
What will you do?
Your tasks include:
Assisting, circulating, and instrumenting: You play an important role in the OR.
Checking the surgical schedule: Assessing the required materials and client data.
Preparing the OR and equipment: Ensuring a safe and correct preparation according to quality standards.
Disposal of materials: Responsible for clearing away used instruments and materials.
Administration: Carefully registering data in Hix.
Good communication skills; you feel comfortable with direct and clear communication.
A flexible attitude: when changes occur in the surgical schedule, you switch quickly and efficiently.
A proactive attitude and speed in action, even in a dynamic environment.
