This is the most all-round internship there is; you are everywhere and you know everyone. From guests to colleagues. You are the point of contact for guests and particularly for VIP guests and for event contacts in the hotel. You are the link between the different departments and you are always looking for special ways to surprise the guests.

You come with new, creative ideas and you inspire your colleagues to contribute to them as well. Additionally, with your fresh perspective, you ensure that work processes are improved, that all areas are tidy, and that we continue to provide guests with a unique "nhow" experience. You also give tours through the hotel, resolve complaints, and share your knowledge about the hotel and the city. The place to be for a fun night out or for a hip restaurant; you know where our guests should be!
