As a Front Office Intern, you are the face of the hotel. You are (co-)responsible for delivering a great experience for every hotel guest. After an induction period, you will independently handle check-ins and check-outs and perform all administrative tasks necessary to successfully manage a Front Office in a hotel. You will maintain close contact with guests, answer all their questions, and provide them with a wide range of information. You will also learn skills in the areas of upselling and complaint handling.
