As a Front Office Associate, you are the first face our guests see and the last impression they take with them.

You create a warm welcome, ensure a smooth and comfortable stay, and deliver service that goes beyond expectations.

You assist guests with check‑in and check‑out, answer questions with a smile, and solve small challenges before they become big ones.

Since December 2023, Corendon Village Hotel is proudly part of the Marriott franchise, welcoming guests from all over the world according to international Marriott standards.

Our hotel in Badhoevedorp consists of three wings: Plaza, Apartments & Urban, with a total of 680 rooms, suites, and apartments. You'll also find several restaurants, bars, a spa, swimming pool, cinema, and eleven multifunctional meeting rooms.

You'll be working for Residence Inn by Marriott, located within the Corendon Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel. As part of the Front Office team, you deliver the warm, personal and thoughtful service that Residence Inn is known for worldwide.

• Previous experience in hospitality — ideally at the Front Office or in another guest‑facing role.

• Excellent communication skills — you speak fluent English

• A natural sense of hospitality — you genuinely enjoy making guests feel welcome and at home.

• Flexibility — you are comfortable working different shifts, including weekends.

• A true team player — you enjoy working closely with colleagues across departments.

• Problem‑solving mindset — you stay calm, think ahead and handle challenges with a smile.

• Professional and well‑presented — you represent Residence Inn by Marriott from the moment a guest walks in.

• Basic computer skills — experience with PMS systems is an advantage, but not required.

• Positive energy — you bring warmth, enthusiasm and a friendly attitude to every shift.
