As a Technical Services Assistant (m/f/d), you are responsible for monitoring all maintenance services to the building's technical installations and performing repair and maintenance work.

• Assist the maintenance manager with daily operations and oversee the preventive maintenance of all equipment and facilities.
• Perform all corrective maintenance work in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in the implementation of safety measures and ensure the availability of necessary permits.
• Organize, together with the manager, proposals for investments, replacements, and adjustments to supplier contracts.
• Support the maintenance manager in organizing the tasks and maintenance activities of external suppliers in the hotel and coordinate these activities with all involved departments.
• Contribute to the monitoring and follow-up of energy consumption and maintenance costs, e.g., water and electricity.
• Assist with the setup of meeting rooms (audiovisuals, lighting, etc.).
• Resolve incidents and problems with guests in a timely and adequate manner.
