As a breakfast cook (m/f/d), you are responsible for preparing the mise-en-place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

04:30 Your alarm goes off and you get ready for your shift.
05:45 You are changed in the kitchen and quietly grab a cup of coffee to get started.
06:00 You have set up the buffet in the restaurant together with the Food & Beverage employee.
07:00 The first guests trickle in. You cook a delicious egg dish for the guests who feel like having it this morning and replenish the buffet as needed.
10:45 After the last guests have departed, you clean where possible and make the preparations for breakfast the next morning.
11:15 You ensure that the lunch for the meeting guests is ready.
11:30 Enjoy a nice lunch with your colleagues.
12:00 The guest lunch begins and you ensure that they experience it tastily from beginning to end.
13:30 The last guests depart and you, along with the team, ensure that the mise en place for the next shift is ready and your workstation is neat and clean before you go home.
14:00 Off home!

• You are a cook through and through. You enjoy working in a team but you are also independent;
• You possess good communication skills and have a passion for preparing delicious dishes;
• You love to develop yourself. You gain new information from training/education, but also from practice;
• You do not shy away from busy situations, you know how to keep your cool;
• You speak and understand English, Dutch is a plus.
