Assembly Practice Manager

• You have a completed AA degree and extensive relevant work experience in the industry.
• You have leadership experience and are able to convey your message clearly, whether it involves communicating with colleagues, clients, managers, or other stakeholders.
• As an inspiring leader, you like to take the lead and know how to enthuse your team and stimulate them to bring out the best in themselves.
• You have mastered the Dutch language in speech and writing.
• You have knowledge of and experience with the SME+/DGA client base.

• An attractive salary between €4,265 and €6,168 depending on your knowledge and experience. This salary is exclusive of holiday allowance and a profit-sharing scheme.
